Nomad's Valley |
Upon your arrival in Ulaanbaatar city (UB or ULN) by air or by train, you are welcomed by Samar Magic Tours Team and drive directly to Chinggis Tourist Ger Camp in Tuul River Nomad's Valley (58kms/29miles). On the way, we visit the Giant 40 meter (~133,3 feet) Statue of Genghis or Chinggis Khan. Lunch is included at the restaurant in tourist ger camp. Enjoy this amazing scenery of wide-open steppe with rolling hills in the background and river. We recommend you take a walk around the Tuul river or into the foothills to witness this amazing landscapes and wild life. Free time in your own, so it's easy to meet with locals and see their daily lives, interact with them, take water adventures, go trekking, swimming in the Tuul river. Welcome dinner, taste a real Mongolian stone roast lamb barbeque "Khorkhog". Overnight in tourist ger camp.Have your first ger camp experience at the 'Chinggis' Tourist Camp is Highly recommended by 'Lonely Planet Mongolia'. Enjoy stars in the vast Mongolian night sky, when getting dark. This Tourist camp provides hot water, showers, western style toilets and restaurant. |

Terelj National Park-UB |
After breakfast, drive to Terelj National Park (50kms/25miles).
The valley is about 20kms/10miles long at 1600m. This area is the
magnificent of alpine forest, and rocks formation. On the way, we explore the 100 Lamas cave, where 100 Lamas hide from the soviets repression. Visit the Turtle shaped original giant rock. Hiking to the Arryabal Meditation Temple on the top of the mountain. 12:00m-Drive back to Ulaanbaatar. Transfer (*not included any accommodation, and not any activities in UB city). 14:00-Tour Ends. |
